Eleven days of not only marvellous landscapes and tourist destinations, acknowledged as ´wonders´ on a international level, but we will take part in sessions and workshops of physical, emotional and spiritual health.

We will use techniques like music therapy, biodanza, etcetera, in order to increase vitality, reduce cravings, stress and depression. We will stimulate creativity, affection in live, happiness, relaxation and the connection with oneself.

There wouldn’t be a better place to work on all these goals than the Peruvian Andes, one of the most energetic places in the World.

8 days 7 nights (11d / 10n)

Day 1: Lima

- Arrival to the city to the city of Lima, pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.
- Nocturnal walk trough the city of Lima, with a dinner with show with typical dances.
- Overnight in hotel in Lima.

Day 2: Lima - Pachacamac

- Natural bio-energetic therapy (individual therapy).
- Vegetarian lunch.
- Transfer to Pachacamac.
- Biodanza.
- Overnight in Pachacamac.
- Vegetarian dinner.

Day 3:

- Workshop "Healthen Your Life".
- Vegetarian lunch.
- Time off.
- Vegetarian dinner.
- Overnight in Pachacamac.

Day 4: Pachacamac – Lima – Cusco

- Transfer to the airport – Flight to Cusco.
- Reception and transfer to the hotel.
- Lunch.
- 14:00 City Tour – Cusco.
- Overnight in hotel in Cusco.

Day 5: Cusco - Sacred Valley

- 08:30 Pick up from the hotel.
- Excursion to the Sacred valley of the Inca´s.
- Lunch.
- Overnight in the Sacred Valley.
- Andean Spa at the Casa Andina hotel.

Day 6: Sacred Valley

- Offering ceremony for the mother earth.
Or:
- Cleansing ceremony with the 4 elements.
- Lunch.
- Time off in the Sacred Valley.
- Evening, workshop with music therapy.
- Overnight in the Sacred valley.

Day 7: Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu

- Transfer to the train station, train to Machu Picchu.
- Meditation.
- Coca reading session.
- Lunch.
- Return to Cusco.
- Overnight in Cusco.

Day 8: Cusco - Lima

- Return to the city of Lima.
- Return to the country of origin.

OPTIONAL:

Day 8: Cusco – Puno

- Pick up from the hotel, transfer to the bus station.
- 19:00 Transfer to the city of Puno by tourist bus.
- Time off.
- Overnight in hotel in Puno.

Day 9: Puno – Sillustani – Uros

- 09:00 Visit to the site of Sillustani.
- Lunch.
- 14:00 Visit to the floating islands, ´Uros´.
- Ceremony with plants and flowers from the Uros islands.
- Overnight in Puno.

Day 10: Puno – Aramumuru

- Visit to the mystical site of Aramumuru.
- Offering ceremony to mother earth.
- Overnight in Puno.

Day 11: Puno - Juliaca - Lima

- Pick up from the hotel and transfer to the airport of Juliaca.
- Flight to Lima. Flight to the country of origin.

Temascal is an ancient indigenous tradition in the Americas. It involves a small chamber made from wooden poles and covered with cloth so that its circular interior is totally sealed apart from the door which can also be covered.

Aramu Muru

Situated 35 kilometers from Puno and very close to Lake Titicaca, amidst green fields, we find what is considered one of the wonders of the region: The door of Aramu Muru, a stone construction seven meters wide and seven meters tall.
